A good snack especially if you are diabetic
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 cup chocolate protein powder
6 packets of sweet amd Low (or your favorite sugar sub)
Directions
Combine peanut butter with water. Stir until water blends in. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until a cookie dough is formed. Spoon out into 16 pieces.
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
